How an Smart  SEO Professionals can take full Advantage of Global Recession ?

First of all what is Global  recession?

A global recession is a period of global economic slowdown.

Recession is caused when consumers do not spend money hence become savers to cut company costs.

It is the time period of great suffering for employees of every company. The workforce which get severely affect are software engineers, labours and

every other employer related with Information technology. At the time of recession, people prefer not to spend money so easily, thus, the concept of SEO can be

utilized by a Webmaster because, the recession time will never affect the internet usage.

Web master is a  multi-talented personality having sound knowledge of HTML,CSS and other web technologies as well well equipped with the knowledge of

how to sell your product in market that's what people in industry call it marketing.

At the time of recession, a webmaster should be aware of the needs of people, for example, new jobs.

Suppose that a company runs a business . During recession there may be a situation where the demand of people decrease but the marketing of  the products

need to be done. Here the webmaster take the advantage, because he  knows the strategy that  how to involve the customers at least on to reading there

marketing banners, advertisements, blogs, emails related to the product.

Many companies that have branches in other countries have employed global human resources professionals who manage and advise on the human resource requirements of the firms. Global HR professionals play an important role in helping employees who have been sent to foreign countries to have a smooth transition into the country. They take care of visa issues of the employee, offer advice on tax requirements, provide housing assistance and may provide cross-cultural training. Some large firms may have their in-house human resources department take care of this, while some prefer to hire global relocation companies that help the employees settle down.

Global HR professionals may also be in charge of posting vacancies, setting up interviews, and screening resumes of job applicants in foreign countries. They provide guidance and advise the team abroad and report on progress to the chief executive office at the firm’s global headquarters.

Global MBAs careers are challenging in nature, and job seekers of these positions must be well-rounded individuals who can take a lot of pressure at work. It may involve relocation, and job seekers should be willing to travel to other regions where the climate may not be conducive and the population may be unwelcoming. Some of the challenges that Global MBAs professionals face include searching of labor through outsourcing. Companies may require cheap labor offered by the local population and it is the work of the global MBAs professional to source for this labor. Getting the right candidates who are qualified in the job may be a big challenge due to language or cultural barriers.

-Many times what "should" happen does not happen. For example, global stock markets "should" decline as the global economy free-falls into recession, as global recession is not exactly an ideal scenario for rising corporate sales and profits or demand for commodities.

Yet global markets are by and large rising significantly.

-Sometimes what "should" happen is simply being delayed. In other cases, some other dynamic is at work. Stock market bulls, for example, say the "other dynamic" is global money-printing by central banks, and this "easing" will power stocks higher even as sales and profits sag.

-Analysts who believe fundamentals eventually over-ride monetary manipulation believe the stock market decline has only been delayed, not banished.

An advantage  for MBAs could be that this recession causes a huge shake-down, weeding out companies that were weak to begin with, like the US car industry. Also, it will bring new opportunities, like in the same car industry. Any new carmaker, that comes up with innovative new cars, that are energy-friendly, use alternative energies etc, have a great chance to become real alternatives now.

There are some short-term benefits to the global environment from the economic slowdown for an smarter is. Such benefits include reduction in the rate of air and water pollution from reduced energy use—which has direct implications for the urban poor's health.

However, modest  benefits to global and local environments  taken by the MBAs ,which arising from the economic slowdown are likely to be much smaller than the costs associated with many environmental conservation measures, related to energy savings, natural resources protection, and water environment.

Both supply and demand side investments in energy and environment are being affected. Many ongoing projects are being slowed and a number of downward revisions are being made in expected profitability. Meanwhile, businesses and households are spending less on energy efficiency measures. Tighter credit and lower prices make investment in energy savings and environmental conservation less attractive financially, while the economic crisis is encouraging end users to rein in spending across the board. This is delaying the deployment of more efficient technology and equipment. Furthermore, solution providers are expected to reduce investment in research, development, and commercialization of more energy-efficient models, unless they are able to secure financial support from governments.

The economic slowdown is likely to alter land use patterns by increasing the pressure to clear forests for firewood, timber, or agricultural purposes—the livelihood opportunities available with the rural poor.

Further, the likely additional delay in many countries in the construction of effluent treatment plans for limiting the discharge of pollutants into the rivers is expected to harm the water environment. Thus on balance, the modest benefits to global and local environments arising from the economic slowdown are likely to be much smaller than the costs of many environmental conservation measures for improving the livelihood conditions of the poor.

Natural resources and ecosystem services provided by the environment are essential to support economic growth and better livelihood conditions of the poor. Inaction on key environmental challenges, such as climate change, could lead to severe economic consequences in the future.
